About Me

With over two decades of experience in the recruitment industry, I bring a deep passion for connecting businesses with exceptional talent and helping individuals find meaningful, career-defining opportunities.

My career began with leading building and construction recruitment agencies in London and South East England. From there, I expanded into technical and engineering recruitment across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, gaining invaluable insight into global hiring landscapes. I later joined a major Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, where I was seconded in-house with a prominent UK food and beverages manufacturer. Following that, I served as a Recruitment Business Partner for a global building materials manufacturer and distributor.

This journey through agency, RPO, and in-house environments has given me a unique, well-rounded perspective on the challenges companies face in attracting and retaining skilled, committed professionals.
